Fraser Montessori runs four Fraser Montessori Daycare Center schools in New Westminster and Burnaby. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Our commitment to privacy
We collect only the personal information we need to answer your questions, arrange tours and look after enrolment, and we handle it in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What information we collect
This website has no accounts and does not store personal information. We collect personal information only when you give it to us:
- When you call or email us, we receive what you choose to tell us, such as your name, phone number, email address and questions about your child's care.
- The Book a Tour form does not send anything by itself. It opens your own email app with your name, email address, phone number (if you add it), the school and program you are interested in and your message, and nothing reaches us until you press send there.
- Waiting list applications are made on our enrolment provider's website (booking.esikidz.com), which collects the information its application asks for.
- Our website host, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to answer your questions, arrange tours, manage the waiting list, contact you when a spot becomes available, and look after your child's enrolment. We do not use it for advertising.
Information stored outside Canada
Some of our service providers, including our website host, may store or process information outside Canada. When they do, the information is subject to the laws of the country where it is held.
Seeing and correcting your information
Under PIPA you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email info@frasermontessori.com or call 604.551.0781 and we will respond as the Act requires.
Children's privacy
This website does not collect information from children. Information about a child, such as for enrolment, comes from the child's parents or guardians and is used only to care for and educate the child.
Keeping your information secure
This website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from loss and from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
Suspicious messages
If you receive an email or text that claims to be from Fraser Montessori and you are unsure about it, do not reply or click its links. Call us at 604.551.0781 to check.
Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, such as our enrolment provider, Google Maps for directions and OpenStreetMap for the map's credit. Their own privacy policies apply there.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
