How to register your child at Fraser Montessori
From the waiting list to your child’s first day: the three steps of registration, and what to have ready once a spot opens.

Every family joins Fraser Montessori the same way: registration starts with the waiting list, and we contact you when a spot becomes available.
The registration procedure
- 1Submit a waiting list application.
- 2We will contact you via email once the spot becomes available and an optional site tour will be offered.
- 3You have 5 business days to notify us whether you accept the spot or not, otherwise we will move on to the next child.
Choosing a program
Our programs follow children from 9 months to Grade 6: Infant/Toddler for 9 months to 3 years, All Day and Half Day Montessori and Montessori Preschool for 2.5 to 5 years, and Before and After School Care from Kindergarten to Grade 6. Each of our four schools runs its own programs, so check which location offers the one you need.
See a classroom first
When a spot opens we offer an optional site tour. You’re also welcome to book a tour before then, to watch a classroom at work and ask your questions in person.
Have these ready
Once you accept a spot, you’ll need your child’s natural disaster survival kit, which we collect at registration, and the white and navy blue uniform for the first day.
Planning for subsidy
If you plan to apply for child care subsidy, contact the Child Care Subsidy Centre at 1.888.338.6622 for the Child Care Subsidy Form as soon as you know your start date.
